Customer Service Department
Rachel Larman Rachel Larman
Rachel Larman loves customer service. She started working her Father’s storefront at the age of 14 and by the age of 23 was managing a full service cafe. While running the café full time, she obtained a certification in Human Resources at the Santa Rosa Junior College. In 2007, Rachel joined our team as a Customer Service Rep. She is always ready to answer questions and enthuse about the benefits of using Ceilume Smart Ceiling Tiles (even when she’s not at work!). In addition, Rachel is our Safety Manager and enjoys handing out earplugs, eye protection, and safety awards! She also loves endurance racing and can usually be found at “The Ranch” and on the trail training with her Arabian horse, Mystic Kid. In her free time she is up for any adventure involving friends, family, and good food.
Cathy Randall Cathy Randall
Cathy Randall comes to Empire West from the busy world of Mortgage processing. As a Senior Loan Processor she excelled at providing her customers with professional and personalized service. A graduate of Heald College, Cathy earned herself honors and an AAS degree in Business Software Applications with a can-do attitude, an eye for detail and a thirst for knowledge (all this while raising her three beautiful daughters!). For 8 years she ran her own daycare service where she learned patience and honed sharp time management skills. She is always ready to assist and answer any questions our customers may have, while providing them with a friendly and informative customer service experience.

Noah Davis Noah Davis
For all of his professional adult life Noah has been helping customers, working primarily in the hospitality industry. Management & Support
Rich Yonash
Rich Yonash, CEO and Director of Research and Development, purchased Empire West Plastics in the 1970’s when it consisted of one machine and a crew of two workers, and was located in Petaluma, CA. He moved the company to Graton in 1981. Rich majored in Engineering and Computer Science at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and with this experience he was instrumental in the design and construction of our custom manufacturing equipment. These days he leaves the day-to-day running of the organization to Ed Davis and the other skilled staff members, and focuses on technical advances and bringing new projects to fruition.

In his free time he and his partner, Carol, enjoy hiking, backpacking and travel of all types – especially chasing solar eclipses.
